K Premium Craft is currently developing its original product, "DOKOU". This Japanese craft spirit, based on Kuma Shochu, is a masterpiece of aroma created by genius mixologist Yujiro Kiyosaki’s exceptional sensibility. By blending tradition and innovation, it offers a completely new and unique taste experience.
The name "DOKOU" originates from the theme of "Earth and Nature", a popular cocktail served at Kiyosaki’s bar, LIBRE. The deep, earthy aroma, reminiscent of the warmth of the land, evokes a sense of nostalgia while leaving a pleasant and lingering finish.
